How much are utility bills in Doha?
How much are utility bills in Doha?
Approximately how much are the costs for utility bills in a 2 bed apartment in Doha? I'm assuming that there are water, electric and gas bills. Is there much else I should consider?

You should average about QR 3000 per annum ranging from about Q 100 per month in winter up to QR 350 per month in summer. This was my experience in a 2br flat. I was alone though, so if there are family members at home during the day this would increase a bit. But even at an average of QR 350 per month all year round you should be safe. Thanks Boer that's really helpful. My employer is offering to pay Q 3600 per annum for utilities so that sounds like a fair contribution. Answered on Thu, 23/02/2012 - 12:26am
