What does owning more than one license from same class means on trafic violatons?

I had a violations came out on MOI and the description is telling " owning more than one license from same class" and the time is 6am and that time i am still sleeping cause my work timing is 10 am- 7 pm and i am leaving my house at 9:30 am, any one knows what does this mean?

try in MOI arabic version, its supposed the description appear.

عدم مراعاة سائق المركبة للآ تي: ترك مسافة كافية بينه وبين المركبة التـي أمامه وأن ينتبه لا شارات سائقها، ولا يجوز له تجاوزها الا من يسارها

It could be possible for overtaking through right side, may be through a shoulder road or parking area.

Tnx, i went to the police station this morning they told me that it was overtaking on the right side but i was wondering how can that be possible as i am still sleeping on that time. Hmmm ?
