Bento Lunch Boxes
Japanese mothers must be the best mums in the whole world. Here is a why - they make lovely bento lunch boxes for their little ones. A typical 'Bento lunch' is a healthy mix of 2/3 grains and mostly proteins, salads and fruits. The idea is to make it colourful (include reds (tomato) yellow(eggs) and greens) and appealing to encourage children eat. You can make an adult version as well.
Here are a few ideas. Happy OBento - ing. :-)

Mums in Doha :)
Dear Mums all over Doha,
just a quick note to say thanks as we continue to grow. I have just approved 38 new members (sorry for the delay!) and will soon answer your emails. I was initially leaving this Group to be 'managed' by another member until we found out we have a new contract to go back to in Doha. We are at the moment still in our homecountry where I am packing suitcases - like my job description indicates ;)
I will recommence coffee mornings and activities for mums and kids as soon as I get back and am organized.
See you all in April, stay well and happy!

Thought I would share...
There will be a Childbirth Educator Workshop in Doha the 18-19 of March. This workshop is the first step in the certification process for the International Childbirth Educator Association, based in the USA. The presenter is coming from the States. See the icea.org website for more details.
Might be a great chance for some ladies to have a "work from home" kind of job and it would be good knowledge for anyone teaching pre-natal excercise classes :)
