Lost Ibanez jem 7d Steve Vai guitar
Hi,
I currently live in the UK, but lived in doha for a while, leaving in 2005.
I lost an Ibanez Jem 7d Steve Vai guitar when I lived in Doha. I lost it in 2004 after playing in battle of the bands in at the American School (ASD). The guitar is black (with a kind of weird paint effect), with a mirror scratchplate, and the famous monkey handle all Steve Vai's guitars have. My profile picture is of the guitar if anyone is interested.
Unbelievably, I left the guitar in the boot of a taxi, while on the way to a friends house from ASD. The taxi never came back, and I never saw my guitar again. Very annoying.

Want to play Beatles on the weekend?
I'm attempting to post to the Qatar Musicians group. Is there a FAQ or billboard for bringing musicians together? I'm looking for Beatles fans in Doha who want to form a cover band for fun and recreation. I'm a middle-aged western guy and I play bass and can sing if necessary. Nowhere near professional, but who knows where it will lead. Looking for others who would be interested in playing Beatles songs on the weekends.

I'm a beginner - I've got my blues scales (though not well) and a basic 12-bar...
I can jam along to recorded blues - but I don't yet know my chords - or any songs!

My New Track - The Circle of Life
Hi every1, been a while since i posted here,
Just wanted to share my latest work with every1, my new instrumental track "The Circle of Life"
This instrumental is set apart from others as the goal was to tell a story without uttering a single word - through music. The track tells the stor of the common man from cradle to grave, how different chapters of his life unfold as he progresses to the ultimate destination of death.
